Copyright & Legal Policies:


RhyMe Productions, Kevin Suiter, Brooke Suiter, Calvin Warren III, and Shane Smith provide “work for hire services.”


All copyright arrangement releases, performance rights/royalties, synchronization rights, and any other releases are the responsibility of the client.


Work cannot start until the copyright process has begun.  Please note that copyright permission can take several months so plan on starting early.


All samples provided are for study purposes only.


Materials created by RhyMe Productions are for the use of clients only.  Clients should not share any work provided by RhyMe Productions with any other schools or individuals without proper permission.


Once work has begun on your project, payment will be accepted.


Payment is expected within 30 days of the completion of services.  If this is not possible, please give an approximate payment date (we are flexible).


Commission of original work includes:  Premier rights, performance rights, dedication on published score & parts, limited synchronization rights, and regional marching band exclusivity.  Copyright ownership is retained by RhyMe Productions or the publishing company.
